Derelict building diorama

I've been burnt out from working only on cars for so long so I have decided to do new stuff and experiment more out of my comfort zone.
I wanted to start with something fairly small so I went for a small diorama of a very rough building in a setting like Miami.
The whole thing took around 1 hour to model and around 10 hours of texturing.
